Empowering Heroes: Supporting Koda's Mission

We have some news to share, thanks to your generous donations to the Power of One. 

We are thrilled to announce that we have been able to donate £2500 to support 2 months of fixed costs for Koda’s Mission, an organisation run by the remarkable Yannick. 

A Mission Born of Compassion

Yannick’s mission began with a deep desire to help animals affected by the Russian war against Ukraine, which began in March 2022. With over 70 animals at his shelter right now, every contribution received goes a long way in providing the vital resources needed to rescue animals in desperate need.

An Unwavering Dedication

Yannick’s dedication and compassion have led him to drive into recaptured Ukraine cities to pick up injured and homeless animals and deliver aid from the border deeper into the country. His work is nothing short of heroic as he sets up feeding stations in the streets, ensuring that animals have enough to eat during these difficult times. His community initiative has inspired locals to refill the feeding stations, further assisting the Ukrainian stray population.

Countless Lives Transformed

Thanks to the support he’s received, Yannick has helped countless dogs find safety in foster and adoptive homes, specialized clinics, or foundations. Moreover, over a thousand dogs and cats now have access to food and care because of his efforts.

Continuing the Journey

But the war is far from over, and there are still many animals in danger who urgently need help. Yannick’s work is crucial, and he needs our continued support to make his efforts go even further.
