Who are Animal protection foundation?
Animal Protection Foundation (APF) is a non-profit organisation and dog shelter based in Egypt that is dedicated to improving the lives of animals. They work towards promoting the humane treatment of all animals, along with responsible pet guardianship. APF is committed to ending pet overpopulation through education and various programs. The organisation is led by Hanan Deebes, who has dealt with some of the worst animal cruelty cases ever seen.

One of the current campaigns being run by APF is aimed at raising £15,000 to provide urgent medical care, food, and shelter for Hanan and her team. They currently care for over 2000 dogs in Cairo and have treated, spayed, and neutered thousands of dogs since the inception of the Animal Protection Foundation. The funds raised will help the organisation to provide much-needed medical care and food to the rescued dogs in their shelter.
The amazing people behind APF have dedicated their lives to rescuing street dogs from some of the worst conditions imaginable. They have been able to do this through the support of generous donors who believe in their cause. Thanks to the Power of One, who donated £2000 towards the campaign, the total amount raised has reached £7000. This is a great milestone, and it means that they are almost halfway towards their goal.
However, Hanan and her team still face the daunting task of deciding where to allocate their scarce resources. They have to choose between life-saving medical care and dog food for the next week. This decision is almost impossible to make, given the large number of dogs they care for. It’s important to continue donating to help them save more animals from the Egyptian streets.
