We are overwhelmed by the incredible support shown by all the swimmers and donors who participated in the English Channel Winter Relay Race 2024! Your dedication and generosity have truly made a difference.

Total Raised:

Thanks to your amazing efforts, we are thrilled to announce that the total raised stands at £1760! This remarkable achievement wouldn’t have been possible without your support.

Beneficiary: Animal Protection Foundation (APF) in Egypt

The funds raised have been donated to the Animal Protection Foundation (APF) in Egypt. At APF, more than 40 dogs have been left paralyzed due to car accidents, with broken backs dragging their bodies on the rough ground, causing cuts, bruises, and abrasions.

Transforming Lives:

But with your support, we can change that and improve their quality of life. The money raised will be used to transform an existing enclosure into something that can soothe their body conditions, providing them with the comfort and care they so desperately need.

Special Message from Hanan:

Hanan, who runs the shelter, has a special message to share. To all the swimmers, donors, and supporters, we extend our deepest gratitude for your kindness, compassion, and generosity.

Your support has not only helped these paralyzed dogs but has also shown the power of community and compassion. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of animals in need.

Your contributions have made a real and tangible impact.
